Law Enforcement Welcome in the 2025 Parade and Festival

The Santa Cruz Pride Board voted to include law enforcement members and groups in our parade and festival on June 1, 2025. The Pride Board continues to research and study the relationship between law enforcement across Santa Cruz County. A Working Group of community members was convened in July 2024 to study the issue.  Currently, there is a group of UCSC students and professors who are developing a survey to learn more about this relationship that will be released some time in 2025. Once the survey results are analyzed, the results will be shared with the community.  In the meantime, it is time for our community to come together and show up to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Santa Cruz Pride.
